Alzheimer Society of Durham Region
The Alzheimer Society of Durham Region provides support programs, educational resources, and referral services to ease the burden of care and improve the quality of life for people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, as well as for their care partners and families.
In 2017, the Whitby, Ontario-based agency selected the Penelope case management platform to help manage their client information, track client progress and outcomes, document notes and clinical information, and manage appointment scheduling and attendance.
Volunteers of America Southeast
Volunteers of America Southeast (VOASE) has been serving communities across Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia for four decades. In addition to providing programs for intellectual and developmental disabilities, the organization also serves veterans, low-income seniors, children and youth, homeless, and people with addictive diseases and mental illness.
After receiving funding to expand their Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program into Alabama, VOASE began the search for a web-based client management system to replace their reliance on paper files and spreadsheets.
The LGBTQ Center Long Beach
When the COVID-19 pandemic struck the LGBTQ Center Long Beach was forced to begin providing services remotely. Though the transition to remote care has limited the organization’s ability to provide their services in full, they’ve been able to come up with innovative solutions such as the creation of a drive-up/walk-up service for HIV testing.

Relationships Australia SA
Relationships Australia, South Australia (RASA) provides relationship support services across nine locations in Australia. Since implementing Penelope in 2010, they have been able to more efficiently meet funding, reporting, and operational requirements.
Headway Ireland has been using Penelope since 2006 to better serve people with acquired brain injuries. Today, they’re using it to manage more than 89,000 treatment hours each year.
