Add.Me web form tool released for Penelope software

Athena Software is proud to announce the addition of Add.Me to its list of client-centric products for nonprofits and social service organizations worldwide.

The growing Waterloo, Ont. company is the creator of Penelope, a cloud-based case management software application that helps human service organizations achieve their missions, improve client outcomes, and meet security and reporting requirements.

Add.Me is designed for use with Penelope, and is an important addition to Athena’s suite of engagement options that help the company’s largely nonprofit customers deliver a positive experience to their clients, while also helping to save time for their staff.

Add.Me is divided into two products to offer maximum flexibility for Athena’s customers.

The Add.Me Web Form is a configurable form that allows an agency’s clients to add themselves to Penelope securely by filling out a simple form online. As soon as their information is submitted, Penelope’s workflow technology can send notifications to appropriate staff members and begin the service enrollment process automatically.

Alternatively, the Add.Me Import product gives Athena’s customers the option to securely upload new client records into their Penelope system from a spreadsheet.

Add.Me is the latest addition to Athena Software’s client engagement options for Penelope, a suite that also includes Engage, a fully responsive mobile feature that allows Athena’s customers to send forms and assessments to their clients so that they can complete them securely at home or on their mobile device.

Athena Software’s expanding suite of client engagement products, like Add.Me and Engage, provide their customers with the capability to meet this need and continue to provide the best possible experience for their clients.
